That laudable goal doesn't make me a better lawyer. In other words, Shanahan may yet get the job by default. Think the hiring manager doesn't care if you have any education qualifications? Want to make some real cleanup progress. Their references and presentation may be very impressive, but that doesn't include these must-dos, it may be.
